Rooms range from
$60-$70, plus tax (6% sales and 5% Pa. Hotel Tax).
Rate includes
room and breakfast for up to two people. Additional adults or children
can be accommodated in several of the rooms. Additional adults $15,
additional children (under 12) $8 per night. Please advise if a cot is
required when placing the reservation.
All reservations
must be secured with a deposit of the full amount of one night
stay. Deposits may be made using
Visa, Mastercard, cash or check. Reservations are not confirmed until
deposit is received.
Special Weekends:
A two night minimum stay may be required on special event weekends and
long weekends.
Cancellation
policy: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 14 days prior
to your check in date. Before the 14 day cut off, deposits will
be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled after
the 14 day cut off will be refunded only if the room is able to be
rebooked.
Check in
time is 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m., unless alternate arrangements have been made.
Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. (unless prior arrangements are
made.)
In order to
provide a relaxed atmosphere for all guests, quiet times in all common
areas are from 10 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
In respect of all guests no pets or smoking is allowed inside the house. Arrangements can be made to house pets outdoors on an individual basis.
